Leclerc vs Vettel -Will Leclerc already defeat Vettel in his first year for Ferrari, although Vettel has more support by their boss Binotto?

In general without the technical failure in Bahrain where Charles Leclerc was so much faster than even the Mercedes (Hamilton there said, the victory should have belonged to Leclerc and not to him) and without the three team orders at the beginning of the seaon and with the big mistake by Ferrari that they didn´t let out Leclerc in time for Q3, we must honestly say that he would have scored more points than Vettel right from the start.
But now since France Leclerc always is inbetween 6 tens or more than 8 tens quicker in qualifying than Vettel, so I guess sooner or later this year, Leclerc will be ahead of Vettel, so what is your guess?
I mean we have to keep in mind that Vettel is a four time world champion and Leclerc a rookie and Vettel still gets more support by Ferrari (number one status due to Binotti)...but now still Leclerc scores better in each race since the GP of France.
So Leclerc´s speed is amazing; especially his pace in qualifying is stunning since the GP of Le Castellet.
