Board Agreement

1.- Definitions: The board

In these Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words shall have the following meanings:

Administrator means the Member designed in such authority by the board, with the function and powers established in these Conditions and those granted by the board from time to time;

Agreement means your acceptance to use the board and according to the Conditions;

the board means this web board for the purposes established in the following paragraphs.

Conditions means the terms of use described herein;

Member means the person who signed up for membership and has been accepted by the board;

Moderator means the member(s) designed in such authority by the board, with the function and powers established in the Conditions and those granted by the board from time to time;

These Conditions set out the terms of use of the the board and membership of the Members.



2.- Scope of the board

the board is a web board to post comments, opinions, facts, pictures, videos and other material about formula one, dogs & other pets as well as non domestic animals, politics & history and other topics announced in the board. posting a video that includes dogs involved in figthting will lead to a first warning of a member and will be deleted at once. a second time will cause the deletion of the members account by the admin!


3.- Membership

Anyone can apply for a membership of the board. Membership is void where not in accordance with the Conditions. By applying for a membership, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years old or more and that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the Conditions.

An application must be filled with all the information required. If some information is not accurate, the membership may be revoked by the Administrator. The board has the right to accept or reject an application at its sole discretion.

Upon admittance as Member, the Member must introduce himself/herself in the forum designated for this purpose.

the board may restrain any Member from the use of any forum or topic of the board.


4.- Duration of Agreement

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while someone is Member of the board. The Member may terminate his/her membership at any time, for any reason by writing an e-mail to the board. The board may suspend indefinetly or terminate any membership at any time without any reason at its sole discretion without notice. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect, including sections 5 letters f) and j); 7; 8 and 9 of this Conditions.


5.- Use by Members and Users

a) The Member warrants that will not post any messages, pictures or material containing Insults, Threatening, Racism, Hatred, Harassment, Politics, Religion, Ethnics or Region Degradation. Any post or material deemed offensive or inappropriate by the board at its sole discretion may be deleted by Administrator or Moderators without notice.

b) Rudeness to any Members is not tolerated. Difference of opinion is fine and is to be expected.

c) Personal conflicts and grudges that have occurred among Members outside of the board should stay that way.

d) Administrator and Moderators have the right to moderate the use of the board and delete, edit, move or close any post or thread for any reason at their own discretion. User names deemed unacceptable by the Administrator may be removed without notice.

e) Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other the boardmembers.

f) Anything posted at the board is considered the board´s intellectual property, and may be used by the board toward publishing derivative works such as tutorials, articles, technical documentation, or books. Therefore, the board is under no obligation to delete that material at the request of the member or to provide monetary or other compensation to providers of this content. By posting at the board, the Member automatically grant, and Member represents and warrants that Member has the right to grant, to the board an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

g) Free advertising is not permitted. Any material deemed as advertising will be deleted. A user or Member may not advertise through a post on the message board or through private messaging. The posting of links to other forums within general posts is allowed.

h) Members may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the board. Members may not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mail to other Members. Although the board cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the board, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the board in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect Members from such advertising or solicitation, the board reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which the board deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

i) Copyrighted material is ineligible for inclusion on the board unless the source is clearly stated and verified, preferably with a corresponding link to the original work.

j) Members cannot use any of the material posted in the board, including custom styles, articles, images and videos without the Administrator express permission, unless is a material posted by him/her.

k) Members may upload their own avatar. The maximum dimensions for Images in the avatars must be smaller than 6,1KB.

l) Signatures are allowed to a limit of 255 letters

m) Collecting usernames and/or e-mail addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website is not authorized.

n) Members must participate actively from time to time in the board by posting messages or other material; otherwise, Administrator can suspend or terminate any membership at is sole discretion without notice.

Administrator and Moderators of the board will attempt to keep all objectionable posts off the Board. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the board or Administrator/Moderators nor other Members will be held responsible for the content of any message.

o) Multiple forum user accounts by the same person is forbidden. Any wish to change a username, will be made trough the Administrator.

p) Any written post in the dog section must be in English language unless the post is a scanned written material in other language.

Use of the board is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


6.- Modification

The board reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Modifications will be posted to this website. Members agree to review these Conditions for modifications regularly, and, at least once every month. Members accept new Conditions if they don't terminate their membership or if they use the board at any time after of any such modifications.


7.- Disclaimer

The board is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate post, or usage of any post, picture or any material whether caused by Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in. The board is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User or Member of the the board. The board asumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Member communications. The board is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the use of the board. Under no circumstances will the board be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the board, any post on the board or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between users of the board, whether online or offline.
Crossposts taken from this board need the permission of the admin, this goes for users as well as for people who only surf the board as guests.


8.- Indemnity

Members agree to indemnify and hold the board, Its Administrator, Moderators, officers harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the the board in violation of this Conditions and/or arising from a breach of this Conditions or any breach of their representations and warranties set forth above.


9.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the board, the venue shall be in Germany.
