Features
There are two shapes to choose from - U and W.
U - for low to medium volume capacity (single shaft).
W- indicates large capacity to extra large capacity (dual axis).
All contact parts are stainless steel 316.
Bearings are mounted on lanterns outside the mixing zone to avoid cross-contamination.
Reduced material handling due to side dump equipment for processed material.
Air purging on side entry seals provides better control of cross-contamination.
Continuous ribbon design for complete discharge of finished products.
Belt-driven power transmission for a quieter environment and less maintenance.
Paddle mixers replace ribbons for mixing fragile materials.
Advantage
The Ribbon blender consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially made ribbon blender. The Ribbon blender consists of a set of inner and outer spiral mixers. The outer band of the Ribbon blender moves material in one direction, while the inner band moves material in the opposite direction. Ribbon blender is used for blends between 40% and 100% of the blender's rated capacity. The backup agitator is our paddle design.
