If you contact AT & T Email Support, then they will guide you to transfer your AT & T email to Gmail in the following steps- Click the settings gear -> more settings -> mailboxes -> click the account you want to forward under the mailbox list. Now, in the Forwarding section, you should enter the email address you want to forward to and then click the verify button.
